Your Missions:
Under the supervision of the Mission Manager, the Consultant brings recognized professional expertise, combining consulting and business development to deliver high-quality assignments and contribute to the growth of KATSU SAS's service offerings.
- Consulting and Expertise: Provide strategic and operational advice to clients, drawing on sector-specific or functional expertise.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting new clients, building a strategic client portfolio, and nurturing existing relationships.
- Proposal Preparation: Draft commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the KATSU SAS team.
- Stakeholder Negotiation: Negotiate both simple and complex, high-value contracts with various stakeholders.
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitors, and development opportunities.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Mission Manager, Directors, and other consultants to ensure coherence and quality in deliverables.
Profile Sought:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in consulting and business development, ideally within a multi-sectoral environment.
- Education Required: Master’s Degree (Bac +5) in Management (Business School, IAE, etc.), Engineering (for technical consultants), Project Management, Strategy, Marketing, or specialized fields depending on the industry. An MBA is appreciated for candidates with significant experience.
- Additional Training (Preferred): Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.), sector-specific certifications (SAP, Salesforce, ITIL, etc.), data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), or training in leadership, communication, negotiation, or change management.
