Your Missions:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Field Sales Representative is responsible for expanding KATSU SAS's commercial presence, acquiring new clients, and managing ongoing customer relationships in the field.
- Prospecting: Identify and approach new business opportunities through fieldwork, cold outreach, and networking events.
- Client Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a structured portfolio of active and prospective clients, ensuring regular follow-up and relationship nurturing.
- Solution Presentations: Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch KATSU's service offerings in a compelling and tailored manner.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with company pricing and strategy.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, track market developments, and report relevant insights to the Sales Manager.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and sales outcomes using internal tracking tools.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with consulting and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Profile Sought:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in B2B sales, field sales, or business development — consulting or services sector preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3/5) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong commercial acumen, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Driver's License: Required for field mobility.

- Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission
