Job Description

Your Missions:

Reporting to the Mission Manager, the Project Manager ensures the successful planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects across KATSU SAS's service portfolio.

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with client expectations.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams of consultants and analysts, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery quality and continuity.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Review all deliverables before submission to guarantee they meet KATSU SAS standards and client requirements.
  • Reporting: Produce structured progress reports and post-project reviews for internal and client stakeholders.

Profile Sought:

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in project management, ideally within a consulting, operations, or multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

  • Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
  • Work Location: KATSU Headquarters, Abidjan
  • Compensation: To be specified in the offer
  • Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel expected
